Katlabodi · details pending

Associated with the village work in Katlabodi. Further project details will be added when supporting material is available.

THREE GROUPS. A SHARED PURPOSE.

The human capital engine.

SHG women, school students and tech interns are central to the USDF delivery model. Each group has a distinct role, with DEVTech being developed to connect and support their work.

COMMUNITY DELIVERY

SHG women

Women in self-help groups bring local knowledge, enterprise and trusted community connections. Their role in the model is to co-design and deliver projects in water, food, energy and livelihoods.

APPLIED LEARNING

School students

Connect classroom learning with local questions. Through awareness, data collection and practical projects, students can build skills and help sustain village action across generations.

TECHNOLOGY & LEADERSHIP

Tech interns

Help turn village priorities into workable projects. The planned role spans project development, coordination and the use of DEVTech, digital twins and tools for tracking outcomes.

We are inviting community and academic partners to co-design and test this model through early projects.

How DEVTech supports the plan

LOCAL KNOWLEDGE LEADS THE WAY

With people, in their village.

Farmers, women’s groups, local students and village councils help shape the questions and the plans. Their time, knowledge and feedback matter at every step.

Ayurvan Foundation leads the proposed plants-and-trees project with the village council and UrjaGram.
